11 Plus Performance Analysis

Use our 11 Plus Independent School analysis charts and grading tables to gain an idea of how your child compares to other students in each subject, and use our progress charts to monitor their improvement over time.

Percentile Graphs and Grading

Use the graphs to analyse your child's performance. Simply take their score in any test, and read off the percentile to find out how your child did compared to others. Please note that since our tests vary in difficultly slightly, and since these graphs are estimates across all of our tests, you should take slight changes in performance lightly. If you are keeping a log of your child's scores, you should also make note of their percentiles.

We also have grading systems so that you can see what marks we consider to be strong, and what marks we feel need some improvement.

Maths

There is a lot of variety in how candidates perform on our Maths papers. Many students may not initially be used to the lateral thinking that the papers require, and so as they get used to them their performance tends to rise rapidly in the early stages.

Later on, developing mathematical rigour and improving time management are the main things which your child should focus on to ensure that their scores keep rising.

It is useful for your child do develop a routine for how to look at each question type, while keeping their mind open to new possible patterns.
