  • Suraj has achieved 10A* as GCSE, and furthermore at AS level averaged 96% across 5 subjects, achieving 100% in Biology. During his gap year, Suraj worked as a teaching assistant at Broadfields Primary School as a full time job, leading his very own 'Gifted and Talented' 11 Plus classes every week.
  • Suraj has 50+ students over 5 years, accumulating over 600+ tutoring hours in subjects including SATS, 11 Plus, GCSE, AS and A Level subject. He has worked for high profile clients, including celebrities and for a number of 11 Plus tutoring companies in the past including:
    • TutorHunt
    • TutorFair
    • TutorDoctor
    • Woodlark Tutors
    • Medicine Mentoring Company.
  • Aside from tutoring, Suraj’s other teaching involvements included his role for over 6 weeks as an Imperial College Summer Camps Mentor, as well as being a Summer Camp Coach for Kingswood Summer Camps, one of the largest summer camp providers in England.
  • Suraj achieved a competitive travel scholarship with Imperial College School of Medicine to exchange with the LKC School of Medicine in Singapore, where he gained experience working in Singaporean healthcare centres and hospitals.
  • Suraj was president for the largest University Hindu Society in London, leading a 25 person team, and organising events with attendance of over 400 students. Furthermore, Suraj has been part of a plethora of societies including Vision Society and TEDxImperialCollege, and was Chair of Southwell Halls Student Committee.
  • Suraj currently works as a Product Design and UX Advisor for a medical app company called DemDx.

Aside from Work:

  • Suraj is a qualified Sailor (RYA Level 2) and a BSAC qualified Ocean Diver and has achieved a Duke of Edinburgh Gold
  • Suraj has been given the position of President’s Ambassador at Imperial College London, responsible for attending to VIP guests who come to the College.
